Suella has over 25 years experience in Information Technology, mostly working in the Banking & Finance sector in the UK for companies such as HSBC, Santander & Capita.

Her early career was in operations and production support on IBM mainframes including operations analysis, data security, technical support and telecoms support. This all round knowledge provided the skillset needed to become a freelance contractor and she ran her own Limited Company providing network analyst services for companies such as Whitbread, BT & Nat Australia Group.

In her last permanent position with Abbey National/Santander, she was involved in supporting Enterprise networks and project management before becoming a Senior Database Administrator under the Capita umbrella.

Suella has strong organisational and management skills gained in the highly structured and legislated B&F sector. These, coupled with a sharp attention to detail, ensure that all projects undertaken run efficiently and resources are utilised effectively.
